“In celebration of Heyday Footwear’s launch of its Summer 2011 line, also including women’s sizes for the first time, Heyday Footwear is releasing a musical companion to the new line entitled, naturally, “The Heyday Mixtape”. What’s poppin y’all? Well if you’ve been following my tweets recently you know that an exciting partnership has just taken place between your’s truly and an infinitely awesome, high-fashion footwear company. Namely, Heyday Footwear
Boston-based model, fashionista and music industry consultant, Jules Renae, who was recently cast as a lead in my upcoming video for “Time”, knew about my fetish for nu-fashion hightop footwear and thought that Heyday and I would be a good fit. She couldn’t have been more right. Jules introduced me to Darin Hager, Design Guru and Chief Everything Officer at Heyday Footwear. After a few tweets and a phonecall, the deal was sealed. A few days later, the official announcement was made on Heyday’s blog
